REfund and cancellation policy

Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract. However, by booking a specific session time, you agree that the service begins at that time and the right of withdrawal is waived once the session has been fully performed.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours in advance of the meeting. If rescheduled within less than 24 hours, the full fee remains due.

Cancellations: Refunds are available if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting for counselling and 7 days ahead of the beginning of the course for courses. Cancellations made outside this time are non-refundable.

Organiser Cancellation: In the rare event the meeting is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Privacy policy

Data Controller: The person responsible for data processing on this website is Kate Hanlon.

Data Collection & Purpose: We collect personal data to provide the requested services. We also collect payment information to process transactions.

Third-Party Payment Processors: We use different secure payment processors depending on the service selected:

  • Counselling Services: All payments for Counselling are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

  • Baby Massage Classes: Payments for massage workshops are processed via PayPal (integrated through Calendly).

We do not store full credit card or bank details on our own servers. Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Stripe and PayPal.

Legal Basis: Data is processed based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR (provision of social care).

Data Retention:In accordance with German tax law (§ 147 AO), billing records are stored for 10 years. Clinical notes are kept in accordance with professional counselling standards.
